Over at Amazon, they’re having an almost secretive promo on select Wera hand tools.
Shown here is the Wera Kraftform Kompakt multi-bit screwdriver, which is on sale for $25.59. This is a great portable tool, and it comes with a pouch (with belt loop) for easier carry.

The screwdriver comes with a removable adjustable-length bit holder and 6 bits.

I don’t know when these Wera deals will expire, but I would guess that it’ll last at least through the week.

There are also some Wera socket sets on sale. Shown here is a 3/8″ socket set. When I bought mine 4 years ago, I took advantage of an industrial supplier promo and paid $213, a price I was very happy for. With this Amazon promo, it’s $160!

My information says that this is supposed to be a 20% off sale, but some of these tool prices are reflecting a bigger discount.
In addition to these deals, the Imperial Tool-Check with Bit Ratchet and insulated screwdriver set also appear to be discounted.
Now, if you’ll please excuse me, I have some Wera tools to buy! I’ve been waiting a long time to pick up another Wera kit. They’re highly portable, but I’ve been wanting a dedicated kit to travel with. I haven’t checked all the prices, but the tools I’m interested in definitely appear to be much lower priced than usual.

Ktash found a link (thank you!) to Wera’s Amazon “landing page,” which shows a more complete listing of the deals. (Scroll down to see them.)

Kinda cool but i’d take the megapro over the wera- https://www.amazon.com/Megapro-181ML-MegaLok-Driver-Orange/dp/B004VJY18I/
Stuart
I love Megapro, but the Wera is much more compact.

BUT…. the mega pro has more bits… lol
Joe
Mega pro compared to wera ? Nah

If more bits is the criterion you should look at the WIHA Ultradriver. It is part of a whole range of really nice tools they have been releasing best to check it is the made in Germany version.
I have owned the Wera screwdriver at the beginning of the post for ten years plus, it cost me a lot more than USD 25 but it is an excellent tool, never let me down and still on the original set of bits.

Awesome on the screwdriver. Already had one for my truck but bought another for the wife’s car, plus 3 more as Christmas presents.

That’s the metric set, priced at $280 and up elsewhere.
It’s the 3/8″ SAE set that’s on sale for $160.

Thanks Stuart!
I picked the 11 piece Joker metric wrench set last year when it dropped down to ~$160 which I thought was a great deal. A bit more expensive this year, but a great do-all set.

Thanks for sharing Stuart!

Also, of you search “Wera deal of the day” you find about 28 items. I just got a VDE roll up kit for $24.

I gave in and got the metric and “imperial” versions of the Joker wrenches. I wish I had gotten both years ago. Also the metric hex plus set. Thanks for the post, I would not have looked otherwise!

Hey All – I really like my Wera screwdrivers but I’ve always wondered why the bits have quite a bit of play. If I put the 3 1/2″ bits into the handle, the tip can wobble maybe 1/8″. I thought it was just the one handle but it’s the same with all 3 of the ones I have…
