Over at Amazon, the Wilton/Columbian 03676 3pc aviation sheet metal snips set is currently being discounted to $15. This set is eligible for “free super saver shipping” on orders over $25.
It looks that these are Columbian branded tools manufactured by Wilton. The snips seem to be priced at $40 elsewhere.

It’s hard to say – we cannot even find this set explicitly mentioned on Wilton or Columbian’s websites.
If we had to guess, we’d guess that they’re made in Taiwan or China.
We also discovered that these tools are being offered by liquidators, which is probably where the current sale inventory originated from.
