Wilton Light Duty Woodworking Vise $10

Wilton Light Duty Woodworking Vise

This Wilton 6-1/2″ Light Duty Woodworking Vise is on sale over at Woodcraft for a mere $10. Standard shipping (at least to my east coast address) is quite reasonable at $7.

I’ve been frustrated by cheap import vises in the past, but I cannot see how a simply designed vise like this could be too bad for infrequent light duty use.

The sale price on this vise is good through May 29th, so I would (will) either wait to see if a free shipping promotion comes around, or would find other tools that I “needed” to make the most out of the shipping fee.

I just ordered 3 of these clamps. Thanks for the tip, they are just what I needed.

Forgot to add that I got free “super saver” shipping as well. No biggie. I’m not in a rush at this price.

Yep, I just got an email mentioning free shipping on $25+ orders this week. Now all I need to do is find another $15 worth of gear that I “need.”

Now it’s even cheaper, $8 and change. Plus $25 free shipping.
