Woodcraft-$10-off-$20-Promo

In case you missed our post about a great deal on Bessey and Kreg clamps, we’ll give you another heads-up. Woodcraft is offering a $10 off $20 promotion and is shipping all orders for free.

Of course the normal exclusions apply – the $10 off $20 coupon is one time use only, and free shipping is limited to the contiguous US and items that don’t incur excessive weight fees. The $10 off $20 promo ends 12/12/09, and the free shipping expires on 12/26/09.

Thanks for the heads up and coupon code. I got the 10 piece set. I saw this before but hesitated because I thought the clamps would be too small to be useful. I went to Lowe’s and was able to play with them, and the jaw capacity is not bad. Each clamp was $5, and each pipe clamp was $13 (for the smaller 1/2″ version), so this is an incredible deal.

I was a little concerned that the variable spring clamps are all plastic, but we’ll see how they hold up. Also, when closed, they seem to exert a force perpendicular (or maybe parallel) to the direction you want to clamp together. It’s hard to explain but I’ll see how they work.

As of 12/4 they are still in stock

    You’re welcome!

The spring clamps are a decent size and work very well, but the 4″ bar clamps really are tiny. That’s not to say that they won’t be useful, though. Plus, I treated the purchase as if I was paying for the pipe clamps and everything else were free bonus clamps.

In the order confirmation email that I received, there are 2 additional coupons.

$10 off purchase of $100 (coupon code: 12092)

$5 off purchase of $50 (coupon code: 12009)

They are not as good as $10 off $20 of course, but since it’s one time use….at least it’s something

Thanks for the info! I took a look at my recent order confirmation and saw the coupon for myself. It seems a bit odd that there’s no mention of an expiration date.

There may not be an expiration, but there are some exclusions, including NO power tools!!

    BOO!

Got my 10-piece set in the mail today. Good deal for $20, however one of the weirdest packaging jobs I’ve ever seen.

It came in the factory box, and all Woodcraft did was apply a piece of cardboard over one face of the box. Nothing is damaged so I guess it worked.
