Woodline Wood Gear Clock Kit

Over at the Woodworking Show we recently visited, I spotted an incredible working wood geared clock kit by Woodline. These photos hardly do the clock justice – it was far more spectactular in person.

Here is the link to the clock kit for sale at Woodline’s website. They also offer complete plans and instruction on DVD if you’re up for the challenge.

From the looks of it, the clock kit should provide a decent assembly challenge, and I cannot even imagine how long it would take to create such a project by following the DVD plans alone!

As soon as I saw this clock, I thought back to a Tool-Rank post featuring a similarly fantastic geared wood clock.

Both of those clocks look like interesting projects. Maybe I’ll have time someday if I get to retire.

I seen your Woodline wood gear clock kit on the internet.I am interested in purchasing this clock kit. I wish to no more about this clock, is this a laser cut out kit. Is all the necessary parts for the clock there,is there any thing that I may have to buy.Does this clock come with instructions etc. Is there an e-mail address, a company address and phone number. How do I arrange payment etc. Please e-mail me with details.

You’ll have to contact the retailer with those specific questions.

I assume that the clock parts are laser cut and include everything you need except for basic assembly tools, but contact Woodline to be sure.

Clicked on the link for the “wooden gear clock” with no results. Have been searching for plans that are complete to make one of these “gear weighted clocks”
from metal and or plastic. Can not use trace over prints. I need the real dimensions.

    Thanx

Je suis à la retraite et passionné par les horloges de bois. Vos horloges m’intéressent beaucoup. Pourriez-vous me communiquer vos différentes fabrications, montées et en kit, avec leurs prix ?
    Merci

I’m sorry, but the original post was about a kit, and it looks like those kits are no longer available. I’m sure there are others available, but that’s something I have not looked into yet.
