If you are in the market for some new clamps, Woodpeckers’ Black Friday sale is still ongoing, where they have a selection of Bessey clamps on sale for quite a bit less than you can get them for anywhere else.
At the time this posting, there are still plenty available, and we believe the deal will continue until they sell out, as there’s no indication of any expiration date.

I did a price comparison for the Bessey Trigger Clamp EHK XL 18”. It’s only $1 more on Amazon and that includes Prime shipping.

It’s always best to check 🙂
I brought some 12” ez clamps and the price was about 40% cheaper than anywhere I could find, including Amazon.

It is best to check. I stupidly bought a box of paper towels for $30 on amazon when they were $14 in a local store. I usually check multiple stores for everything I buy but for some reason I just pulled the trigger on expensive paper towels.

AcmeTools seems to be having them discounted too. 12″ UniKlamp is $16/each.

The 12″ 2-pack of the EZ One-Handed Clamps for $19.99 looked good, however, the set is now listed at 43.98, and the 6″ EZ One-Handed Clamp set is 19.99

I understand that all these deals are good and all that but is it possible to get back to regular Toolguyd programming of new tools and reviews?
Not all of your readers are in the states and have to luxury of cashing in on the never ending list of deals.
or Change the name to Dealguyd?

It’s what the majority of readers have asked for year after year.
This time of year, deals are 95% of the “news” we hear about. Gift guides, deals, bargains, price-drops, etc.
We’re all working on a couple of different things for later this month and the start of 2020.
For every 1 “no more deals, I’m sick of them!” comment or email, there are 10 more thanking us or asking us to keep our eye out for deals on something we haven’t covered yet, such as clamps.
This time of year, news of unreleased tools get buried. More people want to know what they can get a good discount on NOW rather than what’s 4-6 months out. It’s disheartening to see reviews skipped over as well, for the same reason.
We’ll mix things up a little, and you should expect to see a drop-off in deal coverage soon. But you probably won’t see a full return to “normal” content variety and less frequent deal posts until the end of the month.

Deal coverage during holidays is why I check tool guyd every day. Does anyone even release new tools now?
