ZipWall ZipPole Quick & Easy Dust Barrier

ZipWall’s flasgship dust barrier and lower cost steel ZipPole systems are used to put up plastic barriers to control and contain dust during indoor home improvement projects. These poles are extendable and spring-loaded to effortlessly hold plastic sheeting in place. As far as I can tell, the only difference between the two systems is that the lower cost ZipPole poles are made from steel instead of aluminum.

I recently ordered a 2-pack of these steel ZipPoles, and hope to be able to report back after a few uses with an in-depth review. Thus far, they seem to be worth the cost, although I would have opted for the 4-pole combo pack if it wasn’t out of stock when I was ready to order. Since I won’t be moving these poles from jobsite to jobsite, I saw no need to pay extra for the lower weight aluminum poles.

ZipWall also offers a variety of accessories such as wide ceiling and wall hugging foam rails, and zippers to make doors in plastic sheeting.

Looking forward to an unbiased review. I really hope they work out well. I could really use something like this in the shop to build a temporary spray booth and something easy to stow away
