Zoro Tools is one of our favorite industrial suppliers these days for three reasons – great prices (especially when there are coupon codes), free shipping on orders over $50, and great customer service.
The friendly folks at Zoro Tools were kind enough to give us a sneak peek at their Black Friday special. We also peeked at their Cyber Monday plans, and will tell you about them Saturday morning.

The promo will be valid all day Black Friday 2013, 11/29. The free multi-tool will ship out separately from the rest of your order and might arrive on a different day.
The free multi-tool is Leatherman’s Freestyle, a compact and pocketable minimalist model that features a partially serrated knife blade, combination pliers, wire cutters, and a pocket clip.

We were also told that Zoro will feature 12 great promotions throughout the holiday season in December. You can sign up for their promo emails to find out about the promos as they go live. There will be a mixture of $ off, % off, free gifts, and shipping discounts.

Zorro tools has handled my return situation very poorly. I would not trust buying another tool from them. I’m am very dissapointed in them and the buyer that placed the order for me is furious with them.

I’ve had some mixed experience buying from Zoro (both directly and via Amazon) and also find that their prices are a mixed bag of good and not so good – with or without their coupons. Sometimes I’ve noted very good prices on a few items in a product line – but much higher prices on others in the same line. What I’ve learned about them – and others like Amazon too – is not particularly surprising: i.e. you need to shop around for best price – and best price does not always equate to prompt delivery or good service.
