Zoro Tools 25 Percent Promo Code December 2012

I never heard of Zoro Tools until recently, but they seem to be a legit operation. According to a product specialist that has been posting on the Garage Journal forum, Zoro is an independent subsidiary of Grainger, an industrial supplier.

My first order was placed yesterday, so I can’t speak about Zoro Tools’ customer service or shipping speed yet, but their prices seem to be pretty good.

Woot was having a special on Akro Mils bins, but the size I wanted (model 30210 5″ x 4″ x 3″) had sold out before I could order. The special Woot price was $20 for 24 plus $5 shipping. Amazon and industrial suppliers have 24-packs for $30-35. I ordered them from Zoro for about $1 each.

What I’m trying to say is that I can’t yet vouch for Zoro Tools, but they seem to be a recommendable distributor. I spent about $50 on Akro Mils bins and will be diving deeper into their product catalog as soon as my first order is received.

I have made several orders with Zoro, in fact one arrived yesterday. I have not had any problems. My only complaint is their website makes it hard to find things. My order came from three different warehouses. So three packages from ups, with free shipping.
