Amazon has 2 Craftsman Organizer Deals for DIYers

Craftsman Organizer 3-Pack Bundle Bargain Deal at Amazon

Amazon has 2 decent-looking deals on Craftsman parts organizers that seem perfect for budget-minded DIYers.

Although both Craftsman organizers are a bit basic, they’re nicely featured and certainly far tidier and more convenient than having to dig through baby food and pickle jars.

Craftsman 10-Compartment Organizer Bundle with Open Lid

This Craftsman organizer 3-pack features their smaller organizer, with each measuring 11-1/2″ long, 8-1/2″ wide, and 2-1/2″ tall.

Stanley Sortmaster Light Organizer with Contents and Closed Lid

It has 10 compartments and appears to be a red-accented version of the Stanley Sortmaster Light parts organizer.

Slots in the lid help to prevent the contents from traveling between compartments. You can carry and store the organizers individually, or connect up to 3 together for easier carrying.

At $15.98 for the 3-pack, it comes out to around $5.33 each.

Craftsman 14-Compartment Organizer Bundle with Open Lid

Amazon also has a 2-pack of the larger Craftsman organizer for the same price – $15.98 – which they say is the lowest price in 30 days.

This size of Craftsman organizer has a mix of small compartments and removable dividers that create up to 14 separated storage areas.

This version measures 14-3/4″ long, 11-1/2″ wide, and just over 2-2/3″ tall.

Each also has side latches that allow you to connect multiple organizers together for easier carrying.

Amazon’s price for the Craftsman version is 2 for $15.98.

The Craftsman 3-pack of organizers looks to be more popular, and while smaller the bundle gives you a total of 30 storage compartments for $16. The 2-pack comes with larger organizers, and gives you a total of 28 compartments, also for $16.

I don’t believe that the two sizes can be connected to each other, given that the dimensions are different.

If you only need one, Amazon seems to be selling the same small organizer at $8 each ($24 for 3 compared to $16). At the time of this posting, Home Depot has the similar Stanley Sortmaster Junior at over $14 each.

I find these these divided organizers, and others like them, are great for basic needs or where you can’t budget $30 to $50 each for tougher organizers with removable parts cups.

Let’s Talk More About the Pricing

The pricing seems very good, especially considered to some of the prices I see online, and I consider them to be good values.

Amazon says that the 2-pack of larger organizers are at their lowest price in 30 days.

Stanley Sortmaster 14 Compartment Tool and Parts Organizer Box at Home Depot Store

Just after Black Friday last year, Home Depot had the Stanley 14-compartment organizer at $6.88 each, which is a bit better. But, I’m not seeing this price anywhere right now.

$16 for two with free shipping seems like a good bargain.

I think that $16 for three of the smaller size is also a great bargain. The next-lowest price I could find right now on is $7.99 each, and I found 3-pack at another retailer (Acme Tools) for $27.

Which Size to Buy?

I can see why the smaller organizer 3-pack bundle is more popular. It’s possible that people think you get 3 for $16 rather than 2 for $16 without realizing that the sizes are different.

But the smaller size also allows for a smaller carrying size.

It’s up to you – would you prefer 3 organizers each with up to 10 compartments, or 2 organizers each with up to 14 compartments?

If you can’t decide, go with the more popular one, which by Amazon’s sales figures is the 3-pack for $16.

Walmart had some similar made in USA hyper tough organizers at yue same price point. I have been happy with them for holding surplus sockets.

While Stuart or others may have already mentioned it, I just received an email from Rockler announcing their Red White and Blue sale. Many items are 30-50% off, which looks like some good deals are available. It also states that these deals end tomorrow, 7/27/25.

This is one of those items where I want to buy it and then figure out what to do with it. It might even make a good gift for a crafty spouse or child. The larger one with its removable dividers, could be good for art supplies, storing paint brushes and X-Acto knives.

Anyone care to compare these to the yellow/black Harbor Freight organizers?

I have used both. The Stanley/Craftsman organizers are made from a more durable plastic. The HF ones did not handle stacking, unstacking, opening, closing, or being thrown around in the work van like the Craftsman ones. I eventually had to get rid of the HF ones.

I have 2 of the Craftsman. One I put my electrical fittings in. The other some common nuts and bolts.
