Craftsman Job Vise

The Craftsman Portable Job Vise workstand is currently on sale at Sears for just $70. It can support up to 220 pounds, can exert a 1-ton clamping force, and has a working capacity of 0-37.5″. With the included extension, the Job Vise can accommodate workpieces 43-55″ wide.

Because this is considered a Sears Hot Buy, additional coupon codes cannot be used. It is unclear as to when the promo price will expire.

If you want something a little more robust and with updated user controls, the Rockwell JawHorse ($130 via Amazon) is a nice alternative. But on sale and nearly half the price, the Craftsman Job Vise is still highly versatile and an excellent bargain.

Hi just bought two Rockwell Jaw horses at Lowes for $79 each. Check your local lowes stores, certain ones are discounting them at 50% off. They are a little better than the craftsman ones.

Nice review, Sears was out of stock, after reading review and Marco’s comments, I called around to local lowes, no luck on deal they either did not stock them or wouldn’t honor price, I called customer ser# from website, and they found 2 at sale price about 25 min away. Was able to pay over phone and p/u later that day. Thank you.
