Here’s a quick rundown of the biggest Cyber Monday tool deals for 2025.

Lowe’s – Tool Deals of the Day
Lowe’s went big this year with their flash sale, featuring dozens of cordless outdoor power tool deals including EGO and Kobalt, and also lots of tools featuring Dewalt 20V Max, Kobalt 24V brushless, and more.
Ohio Power Tools Flash Sale – 15% off 1000s of in-stock tools and accessories
OPT also has new price drops on a bunch of tools, but the 15% discount promo is the biggest deal.
Acme Tools – Cyber Monday Sale – 12% off over 68,000 products
Acme Tools went big with a 12% discount that doesn’t seem to have a max savings limit. I added the most expensive item in their catalog to my cart, and it took off the full 12%. Use code CYBER2025.

Holiday Tool Deals
The bulk of the season’s tool deals are on the shelves at stores – or floor displays – and live on various websites. Some of the best deals already sold out, and inventory is starting to dwindle on many others.

Was really hoping to see Milwaukees new M18 Precision blower on a deal. The normal price of $179 seems too high for what it is.
I’ve considered some of the usb rechargeable compressed air ones, but I really like the idea of just using my tool batteries, rather than making sure a built in one stays charged.
Maybe next year they’ll come out with an M12 version, which would be even better.
Thought it would come in handy blowing saw dust of of the power saws, getting dust out electronics and stuff like that.
Maybe a deal is coming for cyber Monday, but I doubt it.

It really is. I bought one a few weeks ago at the start of their sale. Been having a blast with it. Genuinely amazed at how great the experience has been for the price.
I know some people are hesitant about Bambu’s printer ecosystem, but the out of the box experience has been amazing. Up and printing in around 20 minutes, with zero experience, having never used a 3D printer before.
I’ve already gotten more utility and joy out of it than some tools I’ve spent more on…

Does anyone have a bf/cyber monday deal on TOOL ONLY impact driver or impact wrench (a combo of both would be great!). I can’t find any anywhere. I am only interested in Milwaukee M18 or Dewalt 20V because I have those systems already. Thanks

Not that I’ve seen; often “free tool” deals or special bundles can be a better buy. There will be a coupon offer tomorrow (Cyber Monday) that might help you get a discount on tool-only impacts.

I stopped by Home Depot this morning. Some of the Milwaukee signs for combos and tools say “EXCLUSIVE”. Does this mean that the tool is a special model made only for Home Depot? I am weary that they are lower grade models made to compete on price (for example, plastic gears instead of metal). I only want to buy higher grade tools (buy once, cry once)

From what I’ve seen, they’re only exclusive configurations.
The M12 cordless screwdriver kit, for example – https://toolguyd.com/milwaukee-m12-cordless-screwdriver-deal-home-depot-h2025/ – only seems to exist at Home Depot.
The 2-battery combo kit has been a deal in the past, and so it’s possible Home Depot said “we want that deal again,” Milwaukee said “we can’t offer the same price as last year,” Home Depot said “let’s work it out, we still want an M12 cordless screwdriver deal,” and they came up with an exclusive 1-battery kit.
But also, Home Depot and Lowe’s both throw “exclusive” around in the context of each other but not universal. You can buy some Home Depot and Lowe’s exclusives online at other independent dealers.
All that is to say that there are different meanings to “exclusive” depending on what exactly you’re referring to, but I have NEVER known Milwaukee tools to be of lesser quality at Home Depot than at other retailers.

If it’s not sold out in your area, get the $199 m18 5.0 starter kit, choose the impact as your free tool, and then return the starter kit later. Gets you a very good net price on the impact

What is the starter kit worth upon returning it at Home Depot? Do they give you a receipt with both items listed separately? Usually they either make you return both items at once or they subtract the complete value of the discount on the item you return.

Is it just me, or do all these “deals” seem kind of lame? Few things here and there might save a couple bucks on, but nothing I can’t pass on for now.

Consider the M18 Fuel oscillating tool. The tool-only is $249, and the kit is $279. The deal of the day has a bundle where you get the tool-only with its standard accessories, a battery, and charger, for $199.
From what I can tell, you get everything that’s in the $279 kit except the tool bag, and for $80 less.
That can make the difference between getting a tool to put to work right away or saving for a bit more. Or, if it’s something a pro needed for their work, they have a bunch of money they can use towards accessories or whatever else.
I’m not pulling out my wallet for these deals, but I was excited for others. Part of the reason I pull all-nighters for Cyber Monday is so that early risers can get a heads-up on their way to work. For apprentices, independent pros, and maybe demanding enthusiasts, these savings can be substantial.

If you want the lowest price, get the standalone tools. If you want the best value, some of the deals of the day offer much better values and effective discounts.
There WILL BE MORE TOOL DEALS, but these one-day coupon sales might be the best way to save on the standalone tools if you don’t want any more batteries or chargers.

What is the “best” impact driver depends a lot on what you want out of it. For example, the Milwaukee Surge, which use a hydraulic mechanism instead of the usual mechanical type, are very popular because they are a lot quieter than most others. However, they are not as powerful as the standard type, so they’re not so good for large fasteners. Dewalt has a new hydraulic model out which is just as quiet but much more powerful than the Surge. That seems great at first but it doesn’t have as precise control at low power, so it might be great for some things but not others. DeWalt has a different model which is extremely short but it’s also a bit thick. Depending on what your needs are any of those might be the “best”. Do you need the smallest size, most power, or perhaps something else?
In the other topic you mentioned you were also on Dewalt. If you want the most powerful 1/2 impact, the Dewalt DCF961 beats that M18.

I use an impact driver on landscaping projects drilling clearance holes with auger bits – then driving big lags. My go to has been a Milwaukee 7/16 impact driver 2765-20 that has been replaced by the 2865-20. Acme has it for $429 minus their 12% off coupon ($377.52)

As for the H2C, it’s definitely an interesting machine. I’ve been tempted to dip into ToolGuyd’s test sample budget, but I’m not sure there’s enough reader interest to justify it.
