We’re on the way to a Craftsman media event and Ben said “hey, did you check out Home Depot’s special buy today?”

Today’s deals of the day featureĀ a couple of EGO outdoor power tool offerings. At the surface, the deals look decent, so you might want to check it out if you’re in the market for cordless lawn and outdoor equipment.

Yes. I typed it while on the bus to the Craftsman media event.

A quick post seemed better than nothing.

So call me picky but the only thing that kept me from totally buying into ego string trimmer and multi-head system is the shaft spins in the wrong direction! Meaning no chance of using 3rd party attachments like the Ryobi, Toro, etc available attachments nor the 3rd party heads on the string trimmer. The string trimmer head alone spinning in the wrong direction killed it for me.
