Dewalt Cordless Band Saw Kit Early Black Friday Discount

As I discussed in a post earlier today, Home Depot is holding a huge tool deals of the day sales event, for 11/25/25, where there are discounts on a broad range of cordless power tools from Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Ryobi, Ridgid, and more.

A reader brought up the discount on this Dewalt Atomic 20V Max cordless band saw kit, and it does seem like an incredible value.

At this time, authorized Dewalt dealers are selling the bare tool (DCS377B) for $219.

All of the sellers I’ve checked have the kit (DCS377E1), with the band saw, compact PowerStack pouch battery, and charger, for $349.

Today only, as part of this deal of the day, Home Depot has it for $149.

Did they intend to discount the bare tool instead? Is this a price mistake? Or maybe it’s just another random Black Friday deals week surprise.

Whatever the reason, Home Depot is selling a $349 Dewalt cordless band saw kit for $149. It seemed like a good idea to highlight this, as I missed how deep of a discount this was until a reader brought it up.

I typically advise readers to take a quick look through Home Depot’s tool deals of the day. Perhaps today’s sale warrants a closer and more cautious look.

The deals end at 3am ET 11/26/25 unless supplies sell out sooner.

Well, Flex is back on sale too. Just managed to snag a mini port-a-band for $60 and a few other things too….

My local HD says they have two in stock at $219 each but out of stock for the $149 deal which lasts another 12 hours. Isn’t that a bait and switch. Wouldn’t they have to honor the advertised price?

Home Depot deals of the day are always online-only.

Bait and switch is if they advertise something they can’t or don’t have to sell, and then try to upsell you to something that costs more or delivers less.

Thx Stuart. I didn’t know that. I thought for sure that I’d bought deals of the day items in the past that were fulfilled by the local store. So the DoD inventories must be separated. Anyways, Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

They could be fulfilled by HD stores or warehouses, but the advertised prices are online-only. This has been the case for as long as I can remember reporting on the deals of the day.

      Happy Thanksgiving!!

I noticed the bundle deals where you get a 3.5Ah PowerStack battery, thought “oh, this one just gives you a compact PowerStack,” made mention of it in the other post, and stopped there. I knew this wasn’t just another “take a quick glance when you can” deal, but didn’t realize the discounts were this good. Thank you!

Highly recommend these bandsaws. I have both this one and the bigger one and they are incredible useful, especially for light metal work.
