There almost seems be some sort of competition between Milwaukee and Dewalt to see which brand can offer the best and most tool deals this year during the 2014 Black Friday and holiday shopping season.
I posted about Milwaukee Tool Black Friday 2014 deals yesterday, and today it’s time for a Dewalt deals summary. There seem to be fewer deals than in recent years, as I remember more utility knife, screwdriver, and pliers deals in recent years, but still plenty to empty your wallet on.
As with last year, and the year before, there will probably be a $20 or $25 off $100+ discount promo at Amazon and other retailers starting around Black Friday.

I wrote about the ToughSystem bundle previously – https://toolguyd.com/dewalt-20v-drill-impact-toughsystem-deal-102014/ – and referenced it in the DCD771 and DCF885 combo. It’s a special buy, but not a “special buy” in the same sense as the other.
Home Depot has maybe 3 of the ToughSystem bundle in stock, and 30 of the one mentioned here.
DW745 table saw for $300 is a great deal, but going to be hard to find since this saw was replaced by a newer model.

Have you seen any deals on DeWalt 18 volt batteries? Amazon has two-packs for $99, the local Home Depot wants $119 for a two-pack, and Lowe’s is $119. Couple years back DeWalt and Amazon did an after-black-Friday “$25 off $100” DeWalt deal; a $99 battery pair plus a $9 set of driver bits worked out great.
