DMT Diamond Sharpening Products

A few weeks ago I began a quest, looking for a solid range of manual sharpening products to help me get a few knives and chisels back into shape. There are so many options available that the selection can be overwhelming. Oilstones, waterstones, diamond stones, Scary Sharp sandpaper systems, all available from many different manufacturers. So why did I choose DMT for my sharpening needs?

I ultimately ordered a DMT diamond stone, their DuoSharp extra-fine/fine 1200/600 grit stone. While I haven’t yet had the chance to try it out, I am impressed with DMT’s vast product selection. It looks like DMT offers sharpening stones and accessories for just about any sharpenable tool out there.

With many extremely detailed sharpening guides, instructions, and FAQ, DMT’s website is as impressive as their product selection. I have never heard of DMT until only a few weeks, but it’s certainly a brand that I won’t be forgetting anytime soon.

DMT products are made in the USA.
