Dewalt DCV501HB Cordless Vacuum Early Prime Day Deal at Amazon 2025

Amazon has new Dewalt tool deals ahead of their upcoming “Prime Big Deal Days” sales event in 2 weeks.

These deals are described as “limited time deals,” with some better bargains than others.

Dewalt Cordless Handheld Vacuum – $99

This is a handy compact vacuum with HEPA filter. It comes with a selection of attachments and performs well, but be sure to clean the filter very regularly.

Dewalt DCK940D2 20V Max 9-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit

Dewalt 20V Max 9pc Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit – $699

Home Depot has the same DCK940D2 kit at the same $699 price. It’s described as a “limited time deal,” but in my opinion that’s not a good price.

Dewalt 6-Gallon Stealthsonic Wet Dry Shop Vacuum – $152.97

Dewalt 5-Gallon Stealthsonic Wet Dry Shop Vacuum (Stainless Drum) – $143.97

Dewalt 5-Gallon Stealthsonic Wet Dry Vacuum – $143.99

Dewalt 10-Gallon Shop Vacuum – $125.10

The handheld vacuum with the Rigid VT2530 floor attachment does a great job on carpet for a vacuum without a powered brush head.
We use that vac daily in the house with kids to clean up between getting the real vacuum out of the closet.

I really like the little handheld vac, but the Stealthsonic vacuums are basically dark magic. I don’t know how Dewalt made a shop vac so quiet that is still so powerful. You can have normal volume conversations with other people…while vacuuming.

I can attest to that! I use mine along with a bucket with a dust collector head and a really long hose for my dust collection. I keep them in a small closet space adjacent to my workspace. It is so quiet that I forget to turn it off all the time. If it wasn’t for the sucking sound coming from whichever tool it was attached to, I would leave it on all the time! I use a filter bag inside of the vacuum and it seems to keep suction for a long, long time. It is dark magic! Where is the exhaust? Best vac purchase I have ever made.

Is this model as screaming loud as past DeWalt handheld vacs?

Recently bought a small DeWalt shop vac of their new generation for $99 and it beat out my Fein and Festool vac on noise and suction by a wide margin.

It’s very loud and chews through batteries and the filter clogs very easily…but I use it a ton for garage clean ups. I’m hoping they do a Gen 2 before too long.

Also whatever material the built in nozzle is made out of is very prone to marking surfaces…Still love it though

20 V cordless handheld one is nice. good suction and pretty handy. I use mine in the shop for a quick cleanup on my workbench or spot cleaning the floor. I’ll bring out the corded shop vac if I’m vacuuming the whole garage.

Only complaint is the HEPA filter gets clogged easily and is hard to clean out. A hack is to put a foam ring like what would go around a small engine carburetor filter. Keeps out the heavy stuff so it keeps the hepa filter better for longer.

The floor adapter actually works pretty good even on rugs. there’s a rubber flap that kind of scrapes the carpet.

I bought an adapter to use our old Dyson attachments. Mainly because Dyson has the fancy attachment holder And I have just so many Dyson attachments that people have given me over the years as they’ve upgraded to the new ones. Vacuum charger and attachments are all right on the wall easy access now I have no excuse not to have a clean space 🙂

Stealthsonic “sounds” interesting, however, I have had a compact Stihl vacuum that was purchased simply because it is sooo quiet.

Best of it class. Note how the debris enter the cup at the side, not the bottom (and would need a flapper valve to keep them falling back out). Also the filter stays with the cup. You just take this outside to dump/shake/bang as you need to clean the cup and the filter. On most others the filter stays with the power head. You have to take the whole vacuum outside. Also generic replacement filters are dirt cheap.

Unrelated heads up: I spotted some very good prices at Acme Tools on Forrest table & miter/chop saw blades. I can’t tell if this is a temporary sale or an announcement of a price reduction but the prices are the best I’ve seen.
