Frequent ToolGuyd commenter Teicher sent us a tip that Lowes has taken 50% off Kobalt’s 10pc combination wrench sets at Lowes. That’s a very, very good deal! It looks like Kobalt’s 20pc 1/4″ socket set is also on sale at 50%-off. These sets are all made in the USA, and will be valid thru May 31st online and in-stores.

Update: We originally reported that the Kobalt 3/8″ drive socket set was on sale. Garage Journal member Expatriated gave us a heads-up that there is no such set and that it was actually the 20pc 1/4″ socket set that was on sale. He was able to convince a store manager to sell him the 24pc 3/8″ socket set for the sale price, but others may not have a similar experience. Thanks, Expatriated for the helpful update!
