Rigid makes some of the best shop vacs out there. If you’re looking for a dependable vac that just does what it’s supposed to do, you can’t beat this deal. In addition, you can walk into any Home Depot and purchase any accessory you wish. You can add extensions, and customize it any way you wish.

I have a smaller capacity Ridgid vac that I love. If I was in the market for a higher capacity vac, I’d grab this one at this price in a second.

Ive seen this on “sale” for the majority of the year for $49.99, how is $10 more a deal? My comment is geared towards home depot, not you Stuart.

I haven’t seen this model in local stores for a while now, and it seems that Home Depot has made it an online-only exclusive for the time being. Maybe the higher price is used to justify/offset the free shipping offer as it’s not exactly cheap to ship shop vacuums due to their weight and size. *shrug*

Yeah that thing is huge. I bought it earlier in the year for $49.99 and had to take it back because it was too big. I ended up getting the 12 gallon and even that was too big, I wouldve gone smaller but didnt want to sacrifice on horsepower as the 5 hp was my minimum.
