Milwaukee 17pc Hole Saw Set

If you have been holding out for a better deal on a Milwaukee hole saw kit, now’s this 17pc set might be for you.

Earlier in the month Stuart posted about the 9-piece Milwaukee Saw Kit, a deal he called “okay”. Well for $0.09 less, yes less, you can now get the 17-piece kit for $39.88.

Milwaukee 17pc Hole Dozer Hole Saw Set Home Depot 2018 Holiday Special - Details

Home Depot’s deal is on this Milwaukee 17pc set, model 49-22-4029, features 9 hole saws, 5 pilot drills, 2 arbor, and a hex key.

The hole saw blades sizes are 3/4, 7/8, 1-1/8, 1-3/8, 1-1/2, 2, 2-1/8, 2-1/4 and 2-1/2 inch.

Milwaukee 17pc vs 9pc Hole Dozer Hole Saw Set Home Depot 2019 Holiday Special

Unsurprisingly my local Home Depot has hardly sold any of the 9-piece kits and they still had plenty in stock of the 17-piece sets. I can’t see any benefits to the smaller set, so I imagine one unlucky person didn’t spot the cheaper kit with more pieces 20 feet away.

Price: $39.88

      Check back tomorrow?

Since the deal is online-only, they could have blocked the in-store inventory checker. Stores around me have some in stock, but today the website is saying otherwise, presumably to help drive the online deal.

This is actually one item that wasn’t blocked from inventory for pick-up if the store had any left. None around me. I did get the one I bought BF week adjusted today no problem.

Does anyone not use the case for these? I’ve been trying to find an empty one, and one of the more difficult things to find.

Maybe call Milwaukee? Sometimes they have spares.

So, recent Factory Outlet sale, had the 28 pc kit for about $129. With coupon down to $104.
Had been waiting to get the full kit (so, three times the price, many more pieces). Glad I waited. Thanks Toolguyd!

Just bought this one myself. The 17-piece seems to be out of stock everywhere. Of course, they have the 9-piece ones coming out of their ears…
