Home Depot is holding what I consider to be an unbeatable sale on select Milwaukee hand tools. It just went live for the 2025 holiday and Black Friday deals seasons.
I had a browser tab open on my laptop from the other day, and was surprised to see that the price dropped when I refreshed the page. And then I saw they’re offering an even bigger discount if you buy more tools.
This is an online-only “buy more, save more” deal on select Milwaukee hand tools, and the selection is so much larger than I’ve seen them offer in the past.

Following is the full selection that I’m seeing, and prices at the time of this posting.
Buy 3, and you save 5%. Buy 6 and you save 10%. That’s on top of the already-discounted prices for at least some of these tools.
Milwaukee FastBack 5-in-1 Folding Knife with Screwdriver – $19.97 (this is the tool I was surprised – but happy- to see on sale)
Milwaukee 4pc Hook and Pick Set – $14.97 (I bought a set, and like it for general purpose cleaning, pulling, and similar tasks)
Milwaukee 10″ Molding Puller Pry Bar – $15.97
Milwaukee 4″ Tradesman Fixed Blade Knife – $19.97

Milwaukee 100pc Utility Knife Blade Pack – $18.97
Milwaukee 19oz Smooth Face Hickory Wood-Handled Framing Hammer – $24.97
Milwaukee 17oz Smooth Face Framing Hammer – $23.97 (I like this one and the price seems very good even without added savings)
Milwaukee 3pc Insulated Screwdriver Set – $22.97
Milwaukee 10pc Screwdriver Set – $19.97 (great quality for the money)
Milwaukee 39pc Precision Screwdriver Set in Packout-Insertable Case – $31.97
Milwaukee 100ft Fiberglass Open Reel Long Tape – $19.97
Milwaukee 200ft Fiberglass Open Reel Long Tape – $23.97
Milwaukee Multi-Nut Driver with Shockwave Impact-Rated Magnetic Nut Drivers – $31.97
Milwaukee 8pc Precision Screwdriver Set – $21.97 (not my favorite, but good quality for the money)
Milwaukee 6-in-1 Electricians Wire Stripper and Cutting Pliers – $19.97 (I bought one a while back and like it a lot)
A lot of these prices seem very good, and better than what they’re selling for elsewhere, even without the added buy more, save more discount.
It’s not clear when the discounted pricing and extra savings will end, but I expect it to last throughout the holiday season, unless supplies sell out sooner.

Appreciate your hard work no doubt. I bought the picks because they had a solid 5 star rating. I was in store today picking up some RV antifreeze and I almost picked up the utility knife/screwdriver combo but I’ve already got too many utility knives and too many screwdrivers. I gotta curb my spending because if I don’t I’m gonna be broke with all of these quality small tools I won’t use and nobody will pay me half what I spent if I gotta liquidate. Cheers to you high rollers that can spend $50k on tool stuff every year and a giant 70 x 50 shed to store them in.

Don’t buy tools just because they’re on sale. These deals help because they stretch the buying power of a limited budget. Not everyone can pay full price.
I think everyone runs into the “how many utility knives and tape measures do I have?!” shock at some point and starts to shop deals more carefully.

To your point…
“Spending money to save money is costing Americans thousands of dollars.”

Link removed because it’s a masked sales pitch by a “wealth advisor.”
There’s a LOT of “opinion” and “expert” content like that these days.

I ordered the Milwaukee 39-in-1 precision bit driver set in September from Home Depot for $29.97. The current “special buy” price of $31.97 isn’t really a deal, it’s actually priced higher than it was in September. If you hit the “buy 6” 10% discount, it does end up cheaper than I paid on a random Monday a couple months ago.
That said, I really like the set and it has a couple features that set it apart from other options I looked at. The set includes some less-common bit shapes (Triangle #2 and #3) that I needed, and the 3.5mm bits mean the bit holder has a small diameter, which means the shank can actually fit into the deep, small diameter recessed openings in the base of the Baby Brezza bottle washer I was repairing.
And, since the bit holder shank is dual ended, I was able to remove it from the driver handle and use it with a 3.5mm allen key to reach a couple fasteners that were too deeply recessed to reach with the driver handle. The set is well worth the cost to me.
