Home Depot is Ending Prime Week with More Tool Deals (10/10/25)

Tool Deals of the Day at Home Depot with Dewalt Milwaukee Ryobi 10-10-25

Amazon had a couple of Prime Big Deal Days this week, and other retailers joined in with their own deals. Home Depot decided to end the week with another round of tool deals of the day for 10/10/25.

As usual, Home Depot’s deals selection focuses on Dewalt, Milwaukee, and Ryobi, with a couple of other brands mixed in.

The selection mainly includes cordless power tools and bundles, popular accessories, and hand tools, including a couple of Milwaukee standalone and Packout-organized wrench sets.

They also have some Ridgid 18V cordless power tool deals, but personally I feel the brand has grown stagnant with Ryobi a better choice for DIYers and Milwaukee and Dewalt the better choices for pros and demanding users.

The Milwaukee M18 Fuel brushless 2-tool combo kit, with hammer drill, impact driver, 2 batteries plus a 3rd bonus battery, charger, and hard case, continues to be a great bargain at $349. For context, a DIYer brand just launched their own line of cordless power tools, and have been advertising their 2-tool combo kit at $340, reflecting $100 savings over buying them separately.

DIY tool kit for $340 with compact batteries, or Milwaukee’s heavy-hitting M18 Fuel kit with 5Ah batteries plus a bonus one for $349?

Brands hold the pricing on these types of tool kits to help invite new users over to the platform, and it works.

Home Depot also has the M18 Fuel belt sander bundled with a starter kit for $279. The sander is $279 on its own right now, and also eligible as a free tool selection if you buy same starter kit for $299. Thus, today’s deal of the day saves you $20 on top of the already decent free tool promo.

I recently wrote about a secret deal on the Milwaukee M18 Fuel cordless blower – see Secret Deal on the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Blower. Well, Home Depot decided they didn’t want it to be a secret anymore, and dropped the price another $5.

Other deals worth a quick look are the Dewalt cordless swaging tool and cordless pin nailer with battery. The nailer bundle isn’t a full kit, it’s a bundle with the tool-only nailer, which is selling for $269.10 right now, or $299 at Acme Tools, and a 2Ah battery.

There are more discounts and bundle deals – take a look through the full list when you have a chance.

Deals end at 3am ET 10/11/25 unless supplies sell out sooner.

Annoying that there never seem to be deals on certain tools. It’s always just the common ones, which I already have. Been looking for some of the m12 sanders forever and best I’ve ever seen is 15% off at acme. Never a deal from HD, even though they have those tools.

There are often some new deals and surprises mixed into the deals of the day.

These deals are designed to push you from being on the fence about a tool promo, typically ones that are negotiated for thousands of units.

Decent “buy this, get something for free” promo? Deal of the day with extra $20 savings.

Some tools will never be included, which is why I post about the better *other* deals and discounts that I come across.

Some of those appear as the “free tool with charger and battery” type deals or similar – but otherwise you have to wait for a misprice from HD or find it elsewhere.
