Amazon Black Friday Tool Deals – NEW Additions
Amazon added some new tool deals to their Black Friday sale. Some have already some out, others I’m sure will still be at the same price a month from now, I think it’s worth a look.
I got around to categorizing the Amazon deals I found were interesting – see Amazon Black Friday Tool Deals 2025.
Home Depot Black Friday Tool Deals – still going strong
HD hasn’t added any new tool deals. This is around the time they have new “PRO” Black Friday deals, but I haven’t seen anything new in stores or advertised online. Still, they seem to have the best BF deals so far this season, it’s worth a look if you haven’t already.
I have the best HD deals sorted out here – Home Depot Black Friday 2025 Tool Deals.

Lowe’s Black Friday Tool Deals – nothing new here either
Lowe’s has some decent BF deals, but I’m not seeing anything new. They have some tool deals of the day for 11/22/25.
KC Tool – “Dark Grey Friday” Deals
They have some interesting deals, such as on the limited edition Knipex TwinGrip pliers.
KC Tool usually has a blanket coupon sale for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and I’m hoping to see it again this year. I’m hoping for the best and starting on my wishlist.
More Tool Deals Updates?
I have a couple more deal guides and roundups to work on.
Please let me know if there’s anything you’d like to see more of, get opinions on, or if you’d like me to organize things in a different way.

I’d like opinions on steam cleaners. Been debating whether I’d get use out of it. Thinking general household, car, etc cleaning. No idea on what brands/models are good. No idea on what’s a good deal.

I have a little Bissel green machine I think it is, and for the clearance price it was worth it.
Get one where the nozzle comes apart so you can clean it otherwise it can end up smelling and need replacing.

I bought this Bissell over 9 years ago: https://www.amazon.com/Bissell-Professional-Cleaner-Machine-86T3/dp/B00450U6CS/?tag=toolguyd-20
I don’t use it often, but when I do it does a good job.

The Milwaukee 10’ tape measure looks good. Not sure how I feel about a built in light. Might be a good idea.
All the reviews are for the 6’ version. Wouldn’t buy one less than 9’.

I bought this machine 14 years ago for a daughter. I think she said that it got infrequent use – but was OK for tile floors:

Now- in our plumbing businesses we had industrial steam and hot water jetters (one was a towable trailer unit we’d lug around for sewer jetting) that got plenty of use on Black Friday’s. That was always one of our busiest days – as there is nothing like congealed turkey fat and giblet gravy for stopping up drain lines. Homeowners were not always the biggest offenders in this – with some restaurants calling us out on a regular basis.
