Metabo HPT 18V Cordless Power Tool Battery Deal - January 2024

Metabo HPT’s 18V cordless power tool promo, where you buy an eligible tool and get a free Li-ion battery pack, is ending tomorrow, 1/31/24.

The promo is centered on their compact brushless tools, and the freebie is a compact 3Ah battery. Here’s the full list of eligible tools, which includes many 18V brushless tools.

Metabo HPT is a ToolGuyd sponsor. Before, through, and after that, I’m a fan of their lines of 18V and MultiVolt cordless power tools.

Metabo HPT says that the eligible tools can be purchases tool-only or as a kit.

After you purchase the eligible tool, head over to the rebate page and fill out your info to redeem for a free 18V compact 3Ah battery.

Let me tell you what happened to me today. I was looking to pick up a subscription to a new software package (Autodesk Fusion 360). The company advertised that if you subscribe before the end of the month, you would get a 30% discount and also lock in the current annual price for another two years.

I went to place my order this morning and found that the Autodesk offer ended on 1/30/24. No more discount, no more locked-in future subscription price.

Don’t be like me. If you want to get in on the Metabo HPT deal, it looks like now’s your last chance. Eligible purchases must be made by 1/31/24.

The Metabo HPT 18V Brushless Triple Hammer BOLT impact driver kit ($179 at Amazon) is a great option to consider. I bought the earlier generation product and it remains my favorite impact tool.

    Vastly underrated tools.

I have moved all my cordless over to these during the other battery promotions and have a literal fleet of everything I need.

I’ve recently added HiKOKI (the non US name for Metabo HPT) as 2nd battery brand next to CAS. I’m really fond of the pin nailer. Really nice to work with. It’s a good ‘gateway tool’ and I’ll probably be adding other tools from them later on.

One of the more efficient rebate offers I ever submitted.

I purchased the Metabo MultiVolt Work Light on sale. Submitted my claim, all online. I was expecting the usual 8-12 week wait. On the 2nd week I received a shipping notice. Received the battery within the 3rd week after submitting.

I didn’t receive any shipping notifications, but the free battery arrived 40 days after my claim submission.

The last gen Brushless Triple Hammer kit with the 3A batteries is $121 on Amazon. After many years still my favorite impact.
