Be sure to check out these Metabo HPT tool deals before Prime Day ends today, 10/8/25.
Metabo HPT discounted plenty of tools and kits for Amazon’s October Prime Day sales event, but these are the ones I think stand out the most.
I feel that Metabo HPT is one of the most underrated tool brands available in the pro space, and that’s been true for a while. I’ve tested (and even owned) many of their tools over the years, and can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed.

Metabo HPT Brushless Drill Kit – $99
This is a very good deal for a pro-grade cordless drill, and it’s bundled with 2x 2Ah and not the dinky 1.3Ah, 1.5Ah or single 2Ah batteries that most other brands give you.
Milwaukee has a very good deal at Home Depot where you can get their M18 compact brushless drill kit for $99. But if you just need a drill and aren’t concerned with buying into a system, I’d buy the Metabo HPT without hesitation.
The best Ryobi deal I can find is the 18V HP brushless drill kit with 1.5Ah batteries at Home Depot for $139.

Metabo HPT 18V Cordless Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit – $110
For a little less than $10 more, you can get this combo kit that looks to include the same drill kit but throws in a brushless impact driver.

While this isn’t the best impact that HPT (formerly Hitachi) offers, it’s still very good and certainly for the $10 upcharge.
How much for a Ryobi 18V HP brushless 2-tool combo kit at Home Depot? $179.

Metabo HPT 18V Cordless Brad Nailer Kit – $129
Amazon had this cordless brad nailer kit for $149 earlier today. This is Metabo HPT’s more value-oriented brad nailer – their other one with an air spring design is much pricier.
Apparently they weren’t selling enough at that deal price, and so they discounted the price further.
$129 for a pro grade cordless brad nailer, with battery and a charger? Sweet.
How much for the DIY-grade Ryobi 18V cordless brad nailer at Home Depot, with a battery and charger? It’s a $159 special buy right now.
Ryobi tools aren’t bad, but Metabo HPT’s are better, and in many cases a lot better. I’d cross – but not change – battery platforms for a $129 cordless nailer kit.

Metabo HPT 18V Triple Hammer BOLT Brushless Impact Driver Kit – $122.55
The Metabo HPT Triple Hammer impact driver has been one of my favorite tools of all time. This is their latest iteration.
I recently donated my last Triple Hammer, as I’ve been trying to reduce the number of cordless power tool platforms in my kit, and it hasn’t been without regret. It’s taking so much strength for me to immediately replace it at this price.
The Triple Hammer has a smoothness to it, although the feel of other brands’ impacts have caught up in recent years. Not interested in any of that? It’s incredibly compact and as powerful as I’ve ever needed a brushless impact driver to me.
Fantastic tool, at a great price.
There used to be promo bundles with the Triple Hammer and a brushless drill – I bought one a few years ago – but I haven’t seen it in recent years. I say this because there’s a chance of similar, different, and maybe better promos for Black Friday or the holiday season, although I doubt it.
For context, Amazon has the less-featured value model impact in a kit for $129 right now. Yes, for $7 more than this Triple Hammer kit, and nearly $20 more than you can get the drill and impact combo kit for.

Metabo HPT Quiet 1-Gallon Air Compressor – $129
Most lower priced and smaller air compressors are loud and heavy. This one is small, light, portable, and quiet with a 59 dB noise rating, which could make it well suited for trim work, smaller tasks, and a lot of different types of hobby or specialty applications.
Home Depot has a Ryobi 18V cordless 1-gallon air compressor, with 78 dBA noise rating, and it’s currently priced at $149. This isn’t quite apples to apples, since the Metabo HPT is AC powered and the Ryobi requires a battery. Home Depot does have a quiet Husky at $129, but I’d still go with the Metabo HPT.

Metabo HPT 10″ Miter Saw – $119
$119 with free shipping is pretty good for a 10-inch miter saw, from any brand.
Home Depot has the Ryobi 10″ miter saw for $179 right now.

It’s hard to gauge build quality from online images, but look at the miter angle locking lever, the detent mechanisms, blade guard, back fence heights, and just the overall construction of both miter saws.
Do you think that the Ryobi is better built and worth paying $60 more for?
Don’t get me wrong – Ryobi tools are great for what they cost. And their 18V HP brushless tools are the best I’ve seen from any DIY-grade brand.
But Metabo HPT cordless and corded power tools are better, and right now they’re being aggressively discounted for October Prime Day.

Metabo tools are great. I have a small air compressor for filling up tires and what not and the 10″ miter saw. I use the saw all the time because it’s easier to pull out than my 12″ DeWalt. On a mobile stand. I actually scored the saw at Lowe’s for like $40. I don’t know why they clearanced them out at the time, because my store still sells them. Same model # and everything.

I got that saw for $90 (on sale when they were $100) and it has been great. I also use it when I don’t have time to mess with the big slider.
I grabbed several of their 36v tools last Christmas and they have been great.
I often think about their cordless nailers but am pretty happy with the Airstrikes I have.

Toolguyd educated me about Metabo HPT’s Cordless router. Since buying the 1st, I got a second router, beltsander, drill/impact set, pair of lanterns, and heat gun. I still buy Makita LXT tools but, I been very happy I diversified into Metabo HPT.
