Home Depot is holding a major Cyber Monday 2025 sale today, featuring dozens of excellent Milwaukee cordless power tool, hand tool, and accessory deals.
I was asked to give a heads-up if I came across any good deals on Milwaukee M18 FORGE batteries. These are the best FORGE battery deals I have ever seen, and I hope the messaging in the image above conveys this clearly.
If you were thinking about upgrading to Milwaukee’s best M18 cordless power tool batteries, featuring tabless Li-ion cells, upgraded housings, and features that help them charge faster (more on this in a moment), consider taking a close look at these deals before the end.

Last year, shortly after the few season-long Milwaukee FORGE battery deals ended, someone asked when we might expect to see some deals. They completely missed the battery promos, and it took close to a year for the opportunity to return.
These deals of the day offer extra discounts on promo bundles that I don’t expect to see again for many months. Things can change, but these are the best deals I’ve seen and I don’t expect to see them repeated anytime soon.

Milwaukee FORGE 12Ah and 8Ah Batteries with Rapid Charger Bundle – $259
I know what some of you are thinking: “but I don’t need a Rapid Charger.” Okay – pretend the charger wasn’t included, is this still a good deal? YES.
The 8Ah battery retails for $229, and the 12Ah battery retails for $279.
This was a fantastic season-long deal at $299, but $259 is much better and incredibly low for what you get. These are Milwaukee’s best and most powerful M18 batteries.

Milwaukee M18 Dual Port Super Charger with 2 FORGE 8Ah Batteries Bundle – $329
This deal saves you $20 off the season-long deal, which includes an M18 dual bay simultaneous Super Charger and 2x 8Ah batteries.
The batteries feature Cool Cycle tech, which helps keep them cool during charging. Cool Cycle is about faster charging, and in more than one way. Besides allowing for a higher charging rate, the Cool Cycle tech also means you can get charging quicker when your batteries are hot after powering your tools through hard work.

You can recharge Milwaukee M18 FORGE batteries with other chargers, and you can charge other M18 batteries with the dual bay simultaneous charger.
When paired together, that’s you can squeeze the most potential benefits out of Milwaukee’s FORGE 8Ah or 12Ah batteries and the dual bay Super Charger.
You can always buy the charger separately for around $249.
Which Deal to Buy?
If you’re not sure which is best for your needs, go with the 12Ah, 8Ah, and Rapid Charger bundle.
I think that Milwaukee M18 cordless power tool users who are just upgrading to M18 FORGE 8Ah or 12Ah batteries might be better suited with the 12Ah and 8Ah bundle. But once you have a couple of batteries, or you specifically want the faster charging, that’s when the Super Charger is worth considering.
With respect to how much extra you save with this Cyber Monday sale, the 12Ah, 8Ah, and Rapid Charger bundle is $40 lower than it was yesterday and will likely be when it resumes to its typical holiday deal price tomorrow, and the Super Charger with 2x 8Ah batteries bundle is priced $20 lower.
Looking at the inventory counts, I think that Home Depot has sufficient numbers of the 12Ah and 8Ah bundle that we might see it in more deals of the day sales later this month. Or maybe not, it’s impossible to predict.
If you were waiting for good deals on Milwaukee M18 FORGE batteries, these are the best I have ever seen, and I’m not optimistic they will be repeated anytime soon.
I have yet to find any downsides about the FORGE 8Ah or 12Ah batteries. The 8Ah has become my favorite go-to, and the 12Ah is the best choice when you need max runtime or power.
Home Depot’s Cyber Monday tool deals end at 3am ET 12/2/25. They also have PRO deals of the week going on right now.
What’s with the “Buy it!” language in the image?
I know how I am – as a shopper – with a lot of deals. If I see a promo or good bargain when I’m on the go or busy, “I’ll place an order later.” I might check again, “I’ll place an order later.” Sometimes things come up and I end up missing out. Bummer.
So, the “Buy it!” language is intended as an obvious reminder for everyday readers who might check in casually throughout the day.
Given the nature of the sale, I don’t know if we’ll see pricing this low again. It could be repeated in a week, not until next year’s Cyber Monday, or not ever. Maybe tomorrow there will be a different bundle where you spend more and get a third battery.
All I know is that these are both excellent bargains – in my opinion of course, although I have yet to see anyone argue otherwise – and I wanted to do all I could to ensure the readers who were looking to buy Milwaukee M18 FORGE batteries don’t miss this sale. Mention of the deals aren’t exactly buried in my Cyber Monday deal posts, but no one can argue that the image on the front page for this post is too subtle and easily missed.
Not to mince words, I’m a bit exhausted and ready for a good night’s sleep, and couldn’t think of any better way to get the attention of readers who might be taking a peek at the front page at the end of a shift while waiting for their car or truck to warm up.
The month just started and I’m sure there will be plenty more tool deals. As always, let me know what kinds of tool deals you’d like me to be on the lookout, for and I’ll do my best.

Hawaii misses out on virtually all the significantly discounted online deals posted on your website (including this one) unless someone know of a workaround. Nevertheless, you provide a great service that is much appreciated.

I presume 12ah batteries have to be shipped by boat to Hawaii.

Missed out on the ToolBuy’d logo! 😂

The flip wide of these incredible 50% deals is it implies their “normal” mark-up is almost usury. Unless they are losing money on these Cyber Monday 50% deals. One can argue if the $519 list price on the first deal, and the $669 on the second deal are simply fluff to inflate the supposed % savings, but still why not closer than farther to the Cyber Monday deal prices the rest of the year? Caveat Emptor, as Data remarked when the Enterprise first encountered the Ferengi?
