Acme Tools 20 off 100 Milwaukee Tools Coupon Holiday 2017

Thanks to Fred for being this to my attention! Now, thru 12/15/2017, Acme Tools is offering a rare coupon, for $20 off $100+ Milwaukee tool orders.

There are likely some exceptions – Milwaukee ball bearing tool storage units are often explicitly excluded from Acme Tools’ discounts and promos – but I have yet to find other tools or accessories that it didn’t work on.

Last year, Acme Tools had a good Cyber Monday coupon code, for use on one tool. That’s great for big-ticket items, but what if you’re looking for a bare tool, some accessories, hand tools, personal lighting gear, something that might sell out quick?

This is a sweet discount, one that I will probably take advantage of. I want a new 13″ jobsite tool box, maybe a small Packout organizer tool box or two, maybe a 3pc zippered bag set, and I’m sure I could use some extra power tool accessories for upcoming tool review testing.

The coupon is good for 4 weeks, so there’s time. Shipping is free on $199+ orders.

Sign me up for one M18 heat gun! It would be great if they tossed in an M12 soldering iron to make a complete kit.

Any idea what the Cyber Monday deal might look like this year? What was it last year? I’m debating getting the heat gun kit and don’t know if I should use this coupon or try waiting.

Not yet, and even if or when I’m privy to that knowledge, I won’t be able to share it beforehand.

Last year it was 20% off one item.

Buy it now, for $99 plus shipping, or as part of a larger order that includes other sale items or discounted tools, or wait to see what discount Cyber Monday holds, and hope that they don’t sell out?

If the discount is 20%, you’ll save an extra $5. If it’s 15%, you’ll save money, just slightly less. If it’s 17%, as it was last January (https://toolguyd.com/quicky-tool-deals-jan-2nd-2017/), you’ll save about the same as with this $20 off $100+ promo.

      Last April, they had a 15% off $300+ coupon – https://toolguyd.com/acme-tools-tax-day-coupon-2017/ .

There’s a lot of uncertainty, and I’m not sure which direction to steer you in.

But then I looked back at the post and saw that this coupon is valid thru 12/15. It won’t stack with any other coupons, but you could use the best code to get the biggest discount. If it sells out, you might still be able to order it on backorder.

Unless you want to start using it right away, you could stand to wait.

I’ve had my eye on the new Milwaukee M12 Fuel 3/8″ Ratchet but I’m not crazy about the kit, 2557-22. I don’t need or want the charger or the bag in this kit and I really want the new 3.0Ah compact batteries not the 2.0Ah batteries that come with this kit.

So I went to Home Depot’s site and they already had what I felt was a fairly good price on a pair of the 3.0Ah batteries, 48-11-2430, at $110. A quick online chat with HD’s support and I was able to get the same $20 off the batteries as Acme was offering. Then on a second order they gave me $20 off the bare ratchet, 2557-20, which was priced at $149.

Both items were also offered as free ship to home service.

There may be a better deal coming up this holiday season but I don’t think I can complain much. And I really wanted it now. 🙂
