Bosch Stop Bits for Masonry Anchor InstallationBosch is coming out with new stop bits for masonry anchor installation that feature adjustable steel collars. The collared carbide-tipped bits will be available in 3/8″, 1/2″ and 5/8″ sizes, and with depth ranges from 13/16″ to 2-1/16″, which should cover more than 80% of drop-in anchor applications.

These bits are said to provide better accuracy than masking-tape flag stops and rotary hammer manual depth gauges, which it seems that some users do not even use.
