Taking a look, there are 9 Wera tool products. The prices look average, and even a little high. The deal is for 20% off those products, with the discount coming off at checkout.

One of the deals matches a June 2015 KC Tools deal of the day on a 12-driver precision screwdriver set – 20% off the $40 price brings it down to $32, a great price.
$75 on the bit and socket set “Tool Check” is a good price. 20% off that beats the price I paid when buying it from Amazon Germany.

At least one of the deals does NOT look to get additional discounts – the Kraftform Kompakt screwdriver doesn’t mention any 20% savings. I can’t check, since Amazon’s cart isn’t working for me at the moment.
