Acme Tools – Save 10% on Select (Most) Tools – NO SAVINGS LIMIT!! thru 10/28/25
No limit? Acme typically adds a cap to savings, such as 10% off with $100 max discount. That means that you don’t actually get 10% off bigger ticket items.

I checked, and there’s no mention of the limit in the fine print. That’s strange. So, I added a very high ticket item to my cart, and it discounted the full 10%.
Is this a mistake? An experiment? Will they ever do this again? I’m not going to ask. Go, get in on this deal!
There is a catch – there are “only” 72,629 eligible tools and products from your favorite brands (typical brand exclusions apply), and there’s a quantity limit of 2 per item, presumably to discourage resellers.
There’s a huge selection of discountable tools from Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita, and more. Had your eye on woodworking equipment from Powermatic? Metalworking tools from Jet? A lot of tool cabinets are on sale (including from Tekton).
I’d take advantage of this deal on higher ticket items, such as larger mechanics tool sets, power tools, workshop equipment, etc, because there’s no telling if or when they’ll have another deal like this. I don’t ever recall seeing a deal like this with no apparent ceiling on how much you can save.
Home Depot Black Friday Tool Deals – Starts NOW
Advertisement
Home Depot kicked off their holiday savings event. History says that the tool deals you see now are at least 95% of what will be promoted for Black Friday, with just a couple of doorbusters added in.
There’s a ton to go through. I’ll sort them out and post analyses about the better bargains, but it’ll take time.
Lowe’s Holiday Tool Deals – lots of tool discounts and savings just went live
Amazon Early Black Friday Tool Deals – some new tool deals are up
For example, Dewalt’s DWS780 12″ sliding miter saw has been discounted to $499. It’s usually the Dewalt DWS779 that’s on sale, but that one is $449 right now. For $50 more, you get LED shadow sight line and a couple of other small differences. The price jump is usually a lot bigger.

The no savings limit is better for higher $ value items than some of their recent 15% off deals. I recently used a MaxTool 15% off deal that also not limited – for a M18 10ton knockout punch set. The foible I found with MaxTool was that I could not find the set I wanted when I went into their site via the deal portal – said it was OOS – but then found it via Gooogle – bought it – got the discount – and it arrived in about 5 days.

Thanks for the heads-up on Milwaukee promotion. I think I’ll buy the packout items I was waiting on unless you think there will be even greater savings soon. For now it’s $100 off of the four items I want. An 18% discount.

Looks like the sweet packout buy more save more deal from last year is back! With many options that weren’t included last year
