Today’s deals are… not what we usually see in the first week of December. But, there are still some tool bargains to be had.
As a reminder, Home Depot still has their “buy a starter kit, get free bonus tools” promo. I’ve been getting more deal and recommendations request emails, and Home Depot’s promo is the best answer to at least half of them.

Today’s Home Depot tool deals of the day focuses on outdoor power tools (mainly snowblowers), generators, and gift ideas for outdoors enthusiasts.
Here is Amazon’s Deals Center once again. *Dad voice* I’m not angry, I’m just very disappointed.
Acme Tools has a new deal of the day – a continuation of their “buy more, save more” promo, this time on these tool brands:

Amazon’s $50 off $200+ Dewalt promo is still ongoing as well.
What is going on, have the tool deals really run dry by December 3rd? When the holiday season started early this year, I didn’t expect that to mean they would end early as well.

I’m kicking myself for not getting the milwaukee 6 1/2″ framing cjrc saw kit (saw, battery, charger) when it went on a bonkers sale at HD for 199. Don’t think I’ll see anything like that any time soon this year based on what you’re saying.

Keep checking. HD sometimes goes bonkers randomly – I got an SDS Max that normally is $500 for $288 – and it wasn’t even marked a special buy!

I’ve been watching for a deal on that saw for several months and snagged it right away last week. Sadly, it doesn’t go on sale often, bare tool or kit. One of the “save $X on purchases of >$Y” deals that pop up fairly frequently at Acme, Tool Nut, etc might be a good option for you.

I think I feel the way about everything as you do for amazon early November was very promising nice kits and deals especially HD but now meh nothing that I will hate for the next year if I don’t buy now. At least 3 times last year there were stupid crazy deals hopefully closer to Christmas it will get better

I’ll tell you what’s going on, the COVID pandemic has resulted in an crush of packaging in the delivery channel, and everything is getting delayed or cut back. UPS is apparently _turning away customers_ and both UPS and FedEx are working with their customers to help them stay within their capacity limits (yes limits on how much they can ship) to deal with it.
