KC Tool Insulated Tool Sale October 2022

KC Tool is holding a “seasonal sale” right now on insulated tools, featuring a selection from Knipex, Wera, Witte, Stahwille, and Heyco.

The sale features 5 different insulated tool sets that cover a range of product categories.

A reader wrote in – thank you Robert!! – with a heads-up about the promo:

KC Tool has a 35% sale on Wera Zyklop Insulated Ratchet Set. Not a common need, but if someone needs indeed that, because of the high normal cost that’s quite a savings.

KC has some other insulated tools on sale, but that ratchet set caught my eye because I had never consider a need for insulated sockets, and the eye-watering normal price.

KC Tool Insulated Tool Sale October 2022 Knipex Wera Witte Stahlwille Heyco Sets

Here’s a list of all 5 sale items:

  • Knipex 3pc Insulated Pliers Set – $114.34 (See Note Below)
  • Wera Zyklop 3/8″ Insulated Ratchet & Socket Set – $479.99 (See Note Below)
  • Witte Pro 7pc Precision Screwdriver Set – $39.99
  • Stahlwille 6pc VDE Wrench Set
  • Heyco 7pc Screwdriver Set

If you were looking to pick up some new insulated tools, you might want to check out this sale.

Price Check

Amazon has the Wera ratchet and socket set for quite a bit less ($375 at the time of this posting), and the same with the Knipex pliers set ($87.44 at the time of this posting) if you’re willing to order from their global store.

Amazon has higher pricing on the Witte precision screwdriver set ($56.83 at the time of this posting). I couldn’t find reliable competitive pricing for the Stahwille or Heyco sets.

Other stores might have these sets for less – it always pays to compare prices.

I’ve a set of the insulated drivers. I use them on all receptacle, box and panel work. The best part is that they fit (the flat blade with ECX tip) and only once was I on a live box that a lead came in contact and no issue. If it were my non-insulated, I would’ve remembered that one!

Oh: I’ve Milwaukee set I think I got deal or code on from here back in the day…
