Leatherman has kicked off their 2025 early Black Friday sale, featuring a 20% discount on some of their more affordable multi-tools.
They say the promo is valid thru December 31, 2025 – at least for Leatherman’s direct store. There’s no listed end date for the same promo pricing on Amazon.

Is Leatherman finally feeling the competition? It seems like they went decades without sales offers and now it seems weekly. Given that their price increases grew faster than inflation it seems justified, but I wonder what the catalyst was.
