Hot Deal: Leatherman Wave Multi-Tool for $48 Shipped!

Leatherman’s Wave multi-tool is my favorite and most-recommended multi-tool. Check out my review of the Wave if you want to know why I like it so much.

Mike left a comment in the review post just now, with a note that the Leatherman Wave and nylon sheath combo set is on sale right now for $48.

$48 with free shipping is a heck of a good price, and I find myself wondering if I can use any more of these. For what it’s worth, I don’t think I have ever seen the Wave priced this low. Its price typically hovers about $52-54 or so.

There is no indication as to whether the low price is a temporary sale price or permanent price drop. Since the price of the Wave hasn’t fluctuated very much of the years, I am inclined to think it is a temporary sale price.

I know it’s August, but according to my sister it’s never too early to start shopping for winter holiday presents. Or, if you’re planning for a Fall wedding, the Wave makes an excellent groomsman gift, especially when engraved.

Now, if you excuse me, I have given myself 3 minutes to think of a reason why I might need to take advantage of this great sale price.
