Milwaukee announced many new tools and accessories at World of Concrete 2026, and not just the type you’d expect.
I’m most excited about the new battery charger and Packout expansion, but there are a lot of neat tools and even some surprises.
Milwaukee provided plenty of information about the new tools, even though this is just an advanced teaser about what’s coming later in the year. We’ll be covering a lot of the new tools separately, but for now, here’s a summary of everything that was just announced and demoed at WOC 2026.

New Milwaukee Cordless Rotary Hammers
There will be 1 new MX FUEL demo hammer, and several new M18 FUEL demo and rotary hammers.
Shown here is the MX FUEL 27 lb SDS MAX demo hammer, which delivers 26.1 joules of impact energy.

- M18 FUEL 18 lb SDS Max demo hammer (11.4 ft-lbs of impact energy)

The 1-3/4″ and 1-9/16″ rotary hammers were first announced at Pipeline 2025.
New Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Circular Saws
Yes, that is indeed an M18 Fuel 10-1/4″ cordless circular saw, with rear handle design.
They’ve got a new 28T high performance thick kerf saw blade to go along with it.

New Milwaukee M18 & M12 Super Charger
The new 4-bay Super Charger features (2) M18 battery charging bays and (2) M18 and M12 hybrid battery charging bays.
It can fully recharge (4) M18 FORGE 12Ah batteries in 90 minutes.
The charger features Milwaukee Cool-Cycle (for cooling down FORGE 8Ah and 12Ah batteries), and is PACKOUT-compatible.
The Charge Adapt feature allows users to recharge up to 4 batteries simultaneously, with automatic power distribution for maximized productivity.
New Roll-On Power Supply
The new Roll-On power supply, which was announced at Pipeline 2025, features 3600W of running power (7200W starting power) with pure sine wave inverter.
It has 20A GFCI duplex outlets with circuit breakers, USB ports, IP54 protection against harsh jobsite conditions, 9.5″ all-terrain wheels, and 6 kWh of stored energy in its built-in rechargeable batteries.
Milwaukee Packout Expansion
There will be 5 new Packout solutions – new sizes of crates and related accessories.
- Packout compact crate (the one that looks like a giant hanging parts bin)
- Packout low-profile crate with quick-adjust dividers
- Packout XL crate
- Packout XL crate divider with tool box attachment-ready mounting locations
- Packout wire-pulling XL crate – pull and store up to 6 spools of 500ft 12 gauge THHN
New Milwaukee RedLithium USB Hard Hat Cooling Fan
BOLT RedLithium USB cooling fan – compatible with BOLT hard hats and safety helmets.
It features 3 air duct variations and can also work with Milwaukee headlamps. Helmets, hard hats, and headlamps are not included.
New Sledge Hammers and Pick Mattock
All 3 of the new striking tools feature 36″ steel-reinforced fiberglass handles with “ShockShield” vibration reduction.

New Milwaukee Grinding and Cutting Accessories
Milwaukee is introducing all new-to-them category of abrasive cutting, grinding, and combo wheels.
The new lineup ranges in sizes from 4-1/2″ to 16″, with 3 performance tiers.
Their base tier of accessories are said to deliver long life (up to 2X) and fast material removal. Above that, the Performance+ line is said to deliver up to 5X longer life and faster cuts, thanks to zirconia abrasives. The leading tier, Ceramic+, is said to deliver the fastest cuts, removal (up to 2x faster cutting and material removal), and unmatched productivity.
New Grinder Dust Collection Shrouds
There will be 4 new dust shrouds for use with most Milwaukee angle grinders 4-1/2″ to 9″.
Additional Power Tool Accessories
There will be a new AX SawZall reciprocating saw blade in 6″, 9″, and 12″ lengths. It’s designed for use on wood materials with nails and screws.
According to Milwaukee, it will deliver up to 2X the lift vs blades with standard carbide teeth.
They also gave the Nitrus Carbide treatment to a 6-1/2″ circular saw blade.

A couple of these tools were previously announced at Milwaukee’s Pipeline media event a few months ago, but most were first introduced this week at the World of Concrete 2026 tool show. From what I’ve seen, all of these tools are expected to launch in 2026.
There’s more information that I’ll be working through for individual posts. Full details won’t be available for everything yet, but Milwaukee tends to be very receptive to questions and I’ll try my best to get you some answers.
What’s your favorite from among these upcoming launches? As mentioned, the 4-bay Super Charger and some of the Packout crates are at the top of my list.

I’m hoping that Milwaukee will release a 32mm (1-1/4″) random orbit sander on the M12 platform soon. I want one but I don’t want to buy into another system just for that. Mirka has had them for a while ($$$$), Bosch now has one in their professional 12V line but I haven’t seen one from anyone else. It seems like it would be right in line with Milwaukee’s expansion into the auto body market.

Really wish for a low profile organizer with internal support s left to right so long items can be placed the length of the organizer (ship auger bits and other long parts). Think deep organizer l, but low profile.
Milwaukee could also up their game making the long low profile organizer bins available for purchase separately. Some things fit only in them and the small bins can’t fit in the center sections. Milwaukee could also venture in assorted bin segmentation like etsy sellers.

Makita introduced a cordless (XGT) version of their 16-5/16-inch beam saw (GSH06Z) and also sell an XGT 10-1/4 top handle sidewinder saw – but good to see Milwaukee catching up.
Last year for gift-giving I was looking for a cordless dual-blade concrete saw in a cordless (rather than engine driven) variant. I settled on a single blade Makita 80V (XGT x 2) saw (GEC01Z) as I could not find any cordless that spins 2 blades. I think that would be something Milwaukee should consider for their MX lineup

I’ve never had a use for those large circular saws personally but I always found it curious that Milwaukee and Dewalt never offered them. Makita has had a corded version of that 16-5/16″ model for decades, and I think that Skil also made corded models, but that’s about it.

MM, Skil does have the Bigfoot line of huge circ saws. I thought they had a 16 inch saw, but I’m only seeing a 10 and 1/4 inch offered currently.
Mafell has a monster 17 and 11/16 corded saw, but man that puppy is expensive, seven grand and change.

We bought the Makita version (rather than a much pricier Mafell) when timber framing seemed to be getting to be all the rage in our neck of the woods. It was quite a beast to use, and we built a bench specifically for it to help control the cuts. We went with Makita (rather than Mafell) for some other specialized tools (6+ and 12+ inch planes, chain mortiser, sanders etc.) to save cost. We were happy we did – as the timber framing craze turned out to be a flash in the pan for us. We did build some spectacular looking houses and house additions – but customer appetite for the costs (that came with the authentic look) seemed to wane.
Anyway – I can see the cordless beam saw as potentially appealing for cutting timbers for landscaping and outdoor projects.

We get our 10 1/4” out regularly. Cuts most of our girders and posts in one cut. Saves a ton of time if we got a lot to get through. But it really comes into its own for bevels on 2 1/2” beams in one pass. Not to mention the gang cutting we do with it. We couldn’t live without it.

Launch ETA is June for both the 4-bay charger and 10-1/4″ circular saw. If everything goes as plans, I’d guess preorders might open a month or so ahead of that, once inventory starts to ship to retailers.

I like the charger design where you can use M12 OR M18 instead of ports being taken up for dedicated M12 slots for those not on it.
The big circ is a nice addition, obviously geared towards larger size batteries, but I really wonder how it performs if you throw a 5.0 in it.
For the abrasives did they say if that’s a company acquisition? Such a huge category globally just wondered if they’re doing some OEM to have discs or actually going all in

Yeah, I like the charger design where ports can be used for either M12 or M18, that’s a great setup.

I haven’t heard of any acquisition. There are a lot of SKUs in the image gallery.
It’s possible they partnered with an OEM, but Milwaukee typically seems to prefer to keep accessory production in-house with some exceptions. I would guess they expanded their production capabilities in order to support this broad introduction and maybe future expansion into other types of grinder accessories.

Stuart, my question is on the MX FUEL 27 lb SDS MAX demo hammer. FUEL implies to me it’s battery powered. What’s that violent vibration mean for the life span of the batteries? What in their design protects the electronic? In the gear we used to procure, high vibration environments were hard/expensive to design around for reliability and therefore life time cost.

That’s a big part of the reason behind the MX Fuel battery form factor and interface. Rather than working with batteries designed for use with cordless drills and other handheld tools, MX Fuel was designed for the demands and vibrations of equipment like this.
This was a big emphasis when the new platform launched a few years ago.
Lastly, yes, MX Fuel is a battery-powered system of light equipment-type tools.

I like the Packout expansion.
– low profile crate – meh, but might be handy
– XL crate – yes but I want one even taller, and what I really want is one that is 1.5x the width of a regular crate for long stuff, even as it would obliterate the symmetry of a stack
– compact crate – not bad but I wouldn’t call it a crate really…
– XL wire pulling; I like it and am curious if there’s a spool shaft or if it’s just a few holes in a regular XL crate
