The relatively new Milwaukee Packout rolling drawer tool box is on sale for the holidays, as it’s eligible for the Buy More, Save More deal that just went live at Home Depot.
We’ll talk more about Home Depot’s deal on Milwaukee Packout shortly, which is basically a repeat of last year’s offer which extended into 2025 – see This is the Best Milwaukee Packout Deal of the Year.
Good news: If all you want is Milwaukee’s rolling drawer tool box, this promo takes $50 off, instantly. You don’t have to buy anything else to save that amount of money.

Add more eligible Milwaukee Packout tool boxes, organizers, or accessories at Home Depot (eligible items will display a “buy more, save more” label) to save up to $150.
Here are all of the savings tiers (keep in mind the tool box is priced at $249 by itself):
- Spend $199+, save $50
- Spend $299+, save $90
- Spend $399+, save $150
The promo instantly knocks $50 off the price of just the rolling tool box, which we didn’t expect to be eligible.
Packout supplies always tend to run out with these promos – at least what I’ve bought these past few years – but are usually restocked without too much waiting. In other words, you can hurry if you don’t want to wait, or take your time if you need to think it over.
I still haven’t been able to test one out yet – demand is still that high – but had another walkthrough at this year’s Pipeline event. It felt like a solid piece of kit with clever engineering – I wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. I prefer 2-, 3-, and 4-drawer Packout tool boxes that can be loaded onto Milwaukee’s 4-wheel cart, and so that’s the only reason I haven’t been compelled to buy one yet.
If you place multiple orders, take a moment to do some math to maximize the discounts. For example, if you want two of these rolling tool boxes ($249 each) and two of the 2-drawer tool box ($159 each), pair them up and place multiple orders to maximize the savings.

Sometimes you can use accessories, organizers, or other items to pad your order above the next threshold. For example, let’s say you want two of the 3-drawer tool boxes, which are $189 each. The order total would be $378 – $90 = $288. Add in a compact organizer for $37, and it becomes $415 – $150 = $265.
Thank you to Evan for the heads-up!

Thank you for the shout out Stuart! I just got my Acme Tools catalogue in the mail last night, looks like they are running a similar packout deal with a wider array of options than last year, including the rolling drawer.
Stuart
Thanks for the alert, they absolutely help! Most if not all Milwaukee tool dealers will have the same promo, but it looks like Home Depot’s started earlier.

Stuart – “It felt like a solid piece of kit”
Stuart
uh-oh, did I use the phrase wrong? It felt durable and some of the features seemed well thought out. (The previous year I only handled a fragile prototype.) “Solid piece of kit” seemed like an appropriate summary as it doesn’t have much function by itself without tools, supplies, or similar.
