Milwaukee Tool Cyber Monday Deals at Home Depot 2025 Hero

Home Depot is holding an epic Cyber Monday 2025 sale, featuring a huge selection of Milwaukee tools and accessories.

Todays deals, some of which might not last long, include cordless power tools, hand tools, power tool accessories, and what I’d describe as extremely good bargains. This sale looks to give us Home Depot’s biggest Milwaukee tool deals of the year.

The sale ends at 3am ET 12/2/25 unless supplies sell out sooner.

Following are just some of what’s included in this massive Milwaukee tool sale, along with quick pricing notes that I hoped you’d find helpful.

Milwaukee FORGE 12Ah and 8Ah Batteries with Rapid Charger Bundle

Milwaukee FORGE 12Ah and 8Ah Batteries with Rapid Charger Bundle – $259

Rapid Charger: retails for $99
FORGE 8Ah Battery: retails for $229
FORGE 12Ah Battery: retails for $279

This Milwaukee battery and charger bundle deal was already a great buy at $299; $259 seems almost too good to be true. You get all of this for less than the price for just one 12Ah battery!

Milwaukee M18 Dual Port Super Charger with 2 FORGE 8Ah Batteries Bundle

Milwaukee M18 Dual Port Super Charger with 2 FORGE 8Ah Batteries Bundle – $329

This bundle gives you the M18 dual port Super Charger, which typically retailers for $249 by itself, and two FORGE 8Ah batteries for $329. That’s $20 lower than its already-excellent season-long deal price of $349.

Milwaukee M18 FUEL Cordless Deep Cutting Band Saw with FORGE 8Ah Battery – $329

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Snow Blower with Dual Port Charger and FORGE Batteries

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Snow Blower with Dual Port Charger and FORGE Batteries – $1699

The Milwaukee cordless snow blower kit sells for $1499, and the 12Ah batteries – of which you get 2 more of – sell for $279 each.

Milwaukee M18 FUEL Barrel Grip Jig Saw with Battery and Charger Starter Kit

Milwaukee M18 FUEL Barrel Grip Jig Saw with Battery and Charger Starter Kit – $199

Considering that the brushless jig saw has been selling for $229 by itself, I’d say this is an excellent bargain.

Milwaukee M12 FUEL Cordless Random Orbit Sander with High Output Starter Set

Milwaukee M12 FUEL Cordless Random Orbit Sander with High Output Starter Set – $159

Great sander, excellent price. There were a couple of deals with 3Ah batteries at $169, but I think this bundle deal and lower price works out a lot better.

Milwaukee M18 9-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit 2694-29

Milwaukee M18 9-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit – $599

Home Depot’s Cyber Monday sale saves you $50 off the price this kit has been selling for.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Impact Wrench Kit with FORGE Battery 2967-21B

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Impact Wrench Kit with FORGE Battery – $349

There is a different deal, where you buy the M18 Fuel high torque 1/2″ impact wrench kit for $399 and get a free FORGE 8Ah battery. This is like that deal, but with $50 shaved off the price.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with SawZall Reciprocating Saw

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with Reciprocating Saw – $349

Milwaukee 32pc Metric Mechanics Tool Set with Packout Organizer Case 48-22-9482

The tubing cutter set sells for $50 by itself, and the multi-bit screwdriver $20.

Milwaukee 15pc Metric Combination Wrench Set with Packout Tool Case 48-22-9483

Milwaukee 100pc Impact Screwdriver Bit Set with Packout Organizer 48-32-4082

Milwaukee 100pc Impact Screwdriver Bit Set with Packout Organizer – $50

This is my favorite larger part count Milwaukee impact accessory set deal, on account of how many longer power-style screwdriver bits you get.

Milwaukee M12 Cordless Brad Nailer 2541 with Safety Glasses

Milwaukee M12 Cordless Brad Nailer with Safety Glasses – $229

This Milwaukee cordless nailer sells for $279 by itself. HD tossed in a pair of safety glasses and dropped the price by $50.

Wow. The stubby at $159 is a surprise. If I’m not mistaken it is normally $229 for the tool only, or something more with a non-HO battery. Thanks, and RIP my wallet.

Yeah that is a surprising sale. I jumped on it as well, even though just yesterday I was consoling myself that there’s always going to be a new “latest gen”….

Still need a better mid or high torque…might be swallowing that one too.

Sorry – Home Depot redirects links to a “summarized” view. Look for a “product details” button and the “get this free” box appears and you can select a “qualifying time.”

Nice to see the M12 deals with the 5.0ah battery. Those were sorely needed as many M12 tools were really held back by the older batteries, but they don’t often appear in deals or combo kits.

Milwaukee hole saws are good too, though the case they come in is garbage.

Can someone please explain how the 12v 3/8″ Impact advertises 550 ft/lb of “Nut Busting” torque, yet the 18v Gen 3 only has 250 ft/lb of “Nut Busting”? Is the 18v gen 3 an older model? Deceptive advertising numbers?
    Thank you

Check out Torque Test Channel’s youtube rankings / videos on this. The 12v impact is a monster – in 1/2″, I am never sure if the 3/8″ matches it or is a hair lower. But yeah – that impact wrench is crazy good (afaik).

If I only rarely use an impact wrench for anything, as more of a handyman than mechanic, and got a great deal on Dewalt DCF921P1 1/2″ wrench last black Friday (thank you very much Stuart! 😉😁), do you think it makes much sense to add the M12 3/8″ to my growing collection of M12 tools? I have pretty much all the sockets I need in one size or another. My M12 library is getting really stocked. My One+ green line has nearly everything I couldn’t afford initially. And with a few Dewalt pieces to fill my limited space, I don’t think I could convince the wife that another tool was spontaneously generated by the coupling of my Red “lovers” in the tool chest. 😁 Though it has been known to occur miraculously on occasion. I mean, just yesterday there was a stork delivery with a bouncing baby 4.5″ Ryobi saw kit that looks an awful lot like his Yellow 20V cousin that’s been happily slicing through 2×4’s for the last year. I swear, you can’t leave them alone in the garage!

I suppose it will come down to what you are doing, but for automotive or machinery repair projects a 3/8 compact impact wrench is my most commonly used tool. The modern ones are very powerful and will do 95% of automotive fasteners. It’s fairly rare that I need to grab a 1/2 drive impact wrench because the 3/8 does so much these days.

The other really good thing about this deal is the 5.0 ah HO battery. If you have other M12 tools, especially anything that’s power hungry like a circular saw, grinder, sander, that little planer, etc, you will want HO batteries.

I agree about the battery, which sells for $99 each. The 5Ah HO is the best battery in the M12 line.

Compact impact wrenches can also be used for other fastening tasks, such as construction projects that involve larger screws or lag bolts, and not just automotive work.

The DCF921 is a fairly compact impact wrench, but the M12 Fuel is even more compact. The M12 has higher breakaway and fastening torque specs.

That they have two anvil sizes – 1/2″ for your Dewalt and 3/8″ for this Milwaukee, can make a difference too, because the socket sizes will be a little different.

I’m more inclined to use a 1/4″ and 3/8″ impact for fastening tasks than a 1/2″ because the sockets are sometimes too big for smaller stuff.

Since you already have a decent compact impact, it might not make sense to go with the M12 Fuel. Will there be differences and maybe even improvements in your work? I think so. Will there be enough?

If you hadn’t seen this deal today, would the thought have crossed your mind to get a Milwaukee stubby impact wrench?

Buying something just because it’s on sale? Think about that for a moment. Is this a justified need, or want that you can potentially wait to act upon?

If I haven’t successfully talked you down from the fence, then that could be a sign that maybe it’s a good idea to pick one up while the deal pricing is still available.

Really good deal on the M12 Fuel Jigsaw w/ 5.0 battery. I bought the tool only last Saturday using Ohio Power Tool’s 15% off, thinking it would likely be the best price I could get. Not!
I’ll still be ahead even with a $15 reship to OPT because I can use a XC5.0 battery.

Thanks for the excellent coverage especially the past few days. I really appreciate your site and you out did yourself this time around.

I had also ordered the M12 jigsaw but just got a message from Home Depot that my order had been cancelled because it’s out of stock. Might want to hold off on returning the first one you bought until you actually have the other one in hand.
